Prof. Jun Fang | 方俊教授

Jun Fang received the B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees from Xidian University. Xi'an, China, in 1998 and 2001, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in eletrical engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2006. During 2006, he was with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Duke University, as a postdoctoral research associate. From January 2007 to December 2010, he was a research associate with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Stevens Institute of Technology. He joined the University of Eletronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2011. Dr. Fang has authored/co-authored more than 90 papers in IEEE journals. In 2013, he received the IEEE Vehicular Technology Soceity (VTS) Jack Neubauer Award for the best systems paper "Multi-antenna assisted spectrum sensing in cognitive radio" (P. Wang, J. Fang, N. Han, H. Li) published in IEEE Trans. Vehicular Technology in May, 2010. He was an Associate Technical Editor for IEEE Communications Magazine, and currently serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Signal Processing Letters.

Prof. Dong Yang | 杨冬教授

杨冬，电信学院下一代互联网互联设备国家工程实验室教授。长期致力于互联网体系理论研究和工程技术应用，在互联网体系创新方面取得了多项突出成果。针对国家和行业对自主网络技术的重大迫切需求，作为核心研究人员设计研发了“智慧标识网络”系统及核心设备，成功应用在智能制造专网、高铁专网等领域，为我国互联网体系与机制自主创新、核心设备研制及产业推进做出贡献。曾获得国家技术发明二等奖2项、教育部技术发明一等奖2项等。在互联网技术领域发表学术论文50余篇，主持国家、省部级等科研项目12项。获授权发明专利35项、国际发明专利3项，其中获得转让和许可的发明专利28项。

Prof. Xihua Zou | 邹喜华教授

Southwest Jiaotong University, China | 西南交通大学

Xihua Zou is currently a Full Professor in the Center for Information Photonics & Communications, Southwest Jiaotong University, China. His current interests include microwave photonics, microwave/millimeter-wave over fiber communications for modern traffic, integrated photonics. He has authored or coauthored over 100 academic papers in high-impact refereed journals, and over 13 granted Chinese patents.
Dr. Zou was a recipient of the Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship, Excellent Young Scholar of NSFC, National Outstanding Expert in Science & Technology of China, the Nomination Award for the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of China, the Science & Technology Award for Young Scientist of Sichuan Province, China, and the Outstanding Reviewer of OSA.
He currently serves as the Associate Editor of IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics (2016-2021), and ISC (International Steering Committee) member of IEEE Topical Meeting on Microwave Photonics (MWP, 2020-now). He once served as the Guest Editor for a Special Issue on Microwave Photonics in IEEE/OSA Journal of Lightwave Technology (2018).

邹喜华，西南交通大学教授、副院长；德国洪堡学者、国家优青获得者、全国优秀科技工作者，主要从事微波光子学、轨道交通通信与传感、集成光子学等领域教学科研工作。以第一/通讯作者在领域著名期刊上发表SCI收录论文100余篇，包括ESI高引/热点论文3篇，特邀综述论文4篇；以第一发明人获发明获授权发明专利13项；主持国家重点研发计划课题/国家自然科学基金/教育部新世纪人才项目/教育部霍英东基金/四川省杰出青年基金等10余项，荣获教育部霍英东青年教师奖、四川省青年科技奖、詹天佑铁道科技专项奖。先后担任领域著名期刊IEEE Journal Quantum Electronics编辑、IEEE/OSA Journal Lightwave Technology客座编辑、国际微波光子学会议(MWP)指导委员会(ISC)委员。 

Assoc. Prof. Chunxiao Jiang | 姜春晓副教授

Chunxiao Jiang received the B.S. in information engineering from Beihang University in Jun. 2008 and the Ph.D. in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University in Jan. 2013, both with the highest honors. From 2011 to 2012 (as a CSC Joint Ph.D) and 2013 to 2016 (as a Postdoc), Dr. Jiang was in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Maryland College Park under the supervision of Prof. K. J. Ray Liu. Currently, he is a faculty member in School of Information Science and Technology led by Prof. Jianhua Lu, an academician of Chinese Academy of Science.
Research Interests: Resource Optimizations in Heterogenous Networks, Space Networks, Terrestrial-Satellite Communication Networks, Social Networks, Big Data Privacy.

Assoc. Prof. Yongpeng Wu | 吴泳澎副教授

Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China | 上海交通大学

吴老师主要从事空时无线通信理论与关键技术研究，目前已在IEEE期刊发表论文90余篇，多篇论文入选ESI热点及高被引论文。 获国家自然基金委优秀青年基金、IEEE通信学会亚太区杰出青年研究学者奖、季寒冰青年教师奖、中国科协“青年托举人才计划”和2014德国洪堡学者等荣誉和奖励。博士论文“多用户MIMO传输理论方法”获首届中国通信学会“全国信息通信领域优秀博士学位论文”，并获多个学术会议最佳论文奖。现任IEEE Senior Member，并受邀担任IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Wireless Communication以及 IEEE Communications Letters编委。作为领衔客座编委（Lead Guest Editor）在IEEE JSAC，IEEE Wireless Communications 和 IEEE JSTSP上组织了多期专刊。同时，多次担任IEEE ICC、Globecom、VTC等国际著名会议技术委员会主席及委员。现任IMT-2030（6G）新一代多址接入技术任务组副组长，主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发子课题以及华为、中兴、国家电网等科研项目多项。
